[untitled] is a sacred place for work-in-progress music. It lives in the gap between the DAW and Spotify, where the actual work happens. Artists store, edit, share, and now sell their unreleased music on it.

We're building the operating system for music. Creation, distribution, and consumption, vertically integrated, designed for the artist as a craftsman. The six year version is the artist needing nothing else. The mainstream tools an artist uses today were built before the iPhone existed, and we are the only company rebuilding the whole stack.

Storage was the wedge. Once the catalog lives here, every adjacent workflow becomes available to rebuild. Since Series A, we've shipped Android, macOS, Citizen Vinyl for in-app vinyl pressing, and Paid Projects for direct-to-fan sales of unreleased music. A multiplayer mobile DAW, distribution to DSPs, and AI-augmented editing are open work.

Our team comes from Los Feliz Engineering, The Browser Company, Meta, Ramp, Giphy, Figma, and we're doubling it in 2026.

Engineers here are the authors of their own work. You see what is missing and you ship it. The bar is real, and the bar is taste.

About the role

You'll be one of three product designers, working alongside designers from Figma, Instagram, Messenger, Cruise, BuzzFeed, and Facebook, plus engineers from The Browser Company, Meta, Dropbox, Lyft, Muze, Honk, and Audiofile Engineering. You'll ship features that help artists connect with fans, collaborate with other artists, and create music directly inside [untitled]. What you design will be in the App Store the same week, used by real artists, and seen by their fans.
